The Wooden House is a solid pine house built by Finnish and German companies in 2003. It has 5 bedrooms (doubles) including an en-suite master bedroom with sauna, Swedish wood burner, sun room with stunning views and 5 sheds (all with power, double lined and slated roofs.
There is a croft tennancy available for sale by seperate negotiation. The croft extends from the house to the shore and allows access via a metal gate. A 5kw generator is also available which is linked to the house so it is never without power in the rare event of a powercut. WiFi and Sky TV are also connected.
Over one mile of scandinavian pine was used in the construction. The solid beams which are three-ply measure 20cm x 20cm supports this unique and beautiful building. It is centrally heated throughout (15 radiators) and has a magnificent and extremely efficient multi-fuel burner.
